A FEW WORDS
About Me
I am a Pilates teacher with over 10 years of experience. Throughout my career, I have completed training at several schools representing different approaches to the Pilates method, as well as numerous courses led by physiotherapists, movement therapists, and osteopaths. However, the greatest transformation in my journey—as both a practitioner and a teacher—came when I began studying the original Classical Pilates method. Joseph Pilates called it Contrology.
I am one of only three people in Poland to have graduated from the prestigious Romana’s Pilates teacher training program in The Hague, the Netherlands—the first and legendary Classical Pilates training center in Europe. Hundreds of hours of observation, practice, and hands-on teaching have equipped me with the skills to work with clients facing complex movement challenges and chronic pain.
I continue to deepen my knowledge by learning from teachers who trained directly with Romana Kryzanowska, Joseph Pilates’ protégé. I will never stop learning because my passion for the Pilates method and my curiosity about the human body continue to grow. To be a great teacher, I believe I must always remain a student.
People come to my studio with a wide variety of goals and needs—from athletes and highly active individuals looking to improve performance to those living with pain or recovering from physical limitations. I work with anyone who is ready to embrace positive change. Years of professional experience have confirmed my belief that movement has the power to transform lives.
A strong, capable body is one of the greatest foundations for a healthy life and graceful aging. More importantly, physical ability gives us something truly invaluable: freedom, confidence, and independence.
I look forward to welcoming you to my studio,
