THE PILATES STUDIO WARSAW REGULATIONS
The Pilates Studio Warsaw is operated by Monika Szklarz, a sole trader registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), with registered address at ul. Żurawia 2b/1, 05-515 Zgorzała, VAT no. 969-111-92-85, REGON 240207666.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. All clients of the studio are required to read and comply with these Terms and Conditions. Booking a session and attending classes constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Advance booking is required for all classes. Bookings can be made by email, phone, or via the online booking system.
3. Each class lasts 55 minutes.
4. Clients enter the studio without shoes and practise in socks.
5. The studio reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and pricing.
6. Clients are required to arrive punctually, in consideration of the studio’s scheduling and the fact that class times cannot be extended.
7. Clients are expected to maintain cleanliness throughout the studio. Please sanitise all equipment after use.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
8. By choosing to participate in studio classes, clients confirm that they have no medical contraindications to physical exercise and that they attend classes at their own risk.
9. In the event of any pain, injury, or other health concerns, clients must inform the instructor before the class begins.
10. The Pilates Studio Warsaw accepts no liability for any injury or health damage resulting from participation in classes if the client exercises despite explicit medical or physiotherapy advice to the contrary, fails to follow the instructor’s clear guidance on safe exercise technique and equipment use, or if the injury results from an accident.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
11. The current price list is available at www.thepilatesstudiowarsaw.pl
12. Payment for classes can be made in cash at the studio or by bank transfer to the account details listed at www.thepilatesstudiowarsaw.pl under the “Contact” section. When booking a first session via the online system, payment is required in advance by bank transfer and is a condition of booking confirmation. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the booking being made, the studio reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
13. Payment for the “5-class pack” can be made directly at the studio or by bank transfer. The pack is valid for 7 weeks and covers 5 entries, meaning classes may be cancelled twice in one pack.
